Eliaa Pro is a media player client. It does not provide, sell, host, or include any TV channels, movies, series, playlists, or subscriptions. You must use only content and services you are authorized to access.
Add an M3U playlist
- Open the app and go to the area for adding a playlist source (wording may vary by version).
- Enter your authorized M3U URL or file as instructed.
- Save and allow the app to refresh metadata according to your cache / refresh settings.
Add a supported provider account
- Choose the provider login option where your build supports it.
- Sign in with your own provider credentials.
- If you switch devices, you may need to sign in again depending on provider and platform rules.
Switch provider accounts
Use the app's account or profile management area to sign out of one provider and sign in with another, or remove a saved account where supported.
Profiles
- Create profiles for shared devices (for example family members).
- Use Profile PIN where available to restrict switching profiles.
Content Lock PIN
Enable Content Lock PIN (where available) to add an extra step before accessing restricted areas or settings.
Clear cache
Use playback / library settings to clear cache or refresh catalog data. Options and labels depend on your app version.
Playback troubleshooting
- Check network connectivity and that your playlist or provider service is reachable.
- Try reducing refresh frequency or clearing cache if lists appear stale.
- Ensure your source is still authorized and valid.
